Il mio sciopero
Oggi 14 Luglio giornata di protesta dei “Blogger” contro il DDL Alfano.
Vengo subito al dunque: condivido le motivazioni della protesta, non condivido le modalità della stessa, quantomeno se effettuata da tutti i blogger.
Motivazioni della protesta
Protesta contro il DDL Alfano , già approvato dalla Camera e in discussione al Senato, che contiene delle norme che impongono “per i siti informatici” , laddove richiesto (e notificato), un obbligo di rettifica “entro quarantotto ore dalla richiesta”.
Modalità della protesta
La protesta prevede un “assordante silenzio” nei blog. I blogger aderenti all’iniziativa, pubblicheranno un “non” post di protesta contenente un’immagine rappresentante il logo dell’iniziativa o addirittura non pubblicheranno nulla.
Perchè sono contrario a questa forma di protesta
Il discorso è lungo, e io non ho il dono della sintesi, ma posso ricapitolare il tutto in queste domande:
- chi è un “Blogger” che può partecipare all’iniziativa?
- sono io un “Blogger”?
- è la forma migliore per esprimere il mio dissenso al disegno di legge?
Riporto parte di un mio commento al post di Wolly che risponde alle prime due domande:
Chi può definirsi blogger?
Colui che ha un blog?
Colui che scrive almeno un post a settimana in un blog da almeno 3 anni?
La top 100 della classifica di technorati?
Chi ha almeno 5 di pagerank google?
Nella realtà la definizione non è chiara, perchè non è nemmeno chiaro cosa sia la parola blogger?
E’ un sostantivo? E’ un attributo?
Sostantivo?
Molti dei top blogger (intesi come famosi e consocenti, come wittgenstein e gilioli ) hanno aderito allo sciopero, e per questi si può usare il sostantivo “BLOGGER”….
Per quanto mi riguarda se trattansi di sostantivo, inteso come un termine che mi rappresenta ovvero che abbia al suo interno una “sostanza” che mi caratterizza universalmente non mi definisco affatto un blogger: faccio il consulente IT, faccio siti, vignette, amministro forum e , a tempo perso scrivo ogni tanto in un blog.
Quindi non dovrei essere un “blogger”.
Nella realtà io ritengo di esserlo: Ciò in quanto “blogger” è ,secondo me, un attributo che caratterizza piu o meno la persona ma non la natura, la “sostanza”: io sono ANCHE un blogger.
In pratica: io non sono un blogger di mestiere e quindi che senso ha per me partecipare a uno sciopero del Blog? Io posto si e no ogni una/due settimane, e poi, diciamocelo, non è che mi si filino in tanti qui: in pratica quei pochi che mi seguono non si sarebbero resi conto di nulla.
Inoltre, questa protesta è stata, purtroppo, strumentalizzata politicamente e quando si mette in mezzo la politica è troppo facile far “di tutta un’erba un fascio” e trovarsi appiccicata addosso questa o quella etichetta.
Ma posso e voglio dare, comunque, il mio contributo.
La mia forma di protesta
Diffondere, nel mio piccolo, ai quattro gatti che mi seguono, i contenuti della protesta, informare sulle cose che non vanno di questa legge e, soprattutto, promuovere le iniziative CONCRETE, atte a migliorarla.
Su tutte, la cosa più interessante e costruttiva che ho avuto il piacere di notare è il contributo che dei cittadini digitali hanno dato realizzando il wiki ddl1415a.intodit.com. Qui è presente una proposta concreta, ovvero, in 483 caratteri una proposta reale e , soprattutto, fattibile che azzererebbe i danni per i blogger/amministratori e creatori di “siti informatici”.

Al comma 28 dell’art. 1, lettera a), capoverso le parole: «Per i siti informatici» sono sostituite con le seguenti: «Per i giornali e periodici diffusi per via telematica e soggetti all’obbligo di registrazione di cui all’articolo 5».
Al comma 28 dell’art. 1, lettera e), le parole: “o delle trasmissioni informatiche o telematiche” sono sostituite con le seguenti: «o dei giornali e periodici diffusi per via telematica e soggetti all’obbligo di registrazione di cui all’articolo 5″
